[youtuber youtube=’http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxULyCoCjO8&feature=youtu.be’]

This is a series of video showing how to take multitrack stems from sites like loop community.com and multitracks.com and migrate them to Mainstage. This can be done with any DAW but Logic and GarageBand are preferred bacause of how they export meta info in stems for Mainstage. These videos show the process using GarageBand because is comes installed on every new Mac. Mainstage is a powerful app you can get in the app store for $29. If you would like to follow along in this process, you will need to get access to a multitrack from multitracks.com If you register there are a couple of free multitrack samples that you can get for free. Here is a link to the other support files you will need including the Mainstage Template.
