My activity on the website has been minimal the past few weeks and really light this last year in general. Beth and I have been going through a lot of changes in our family and now in our church home. In April we gave birth to two beautiful twin girls. It has been an incredible time for us and for our other two kids Grant and Brooke. We have seen God do such an amazing work in our family and[...]

I Am His will be a 30 day devotional written as a prophetic word for the day. I love to write in my journal about what I believe the Lord is saying, and for years I have written in my journal to God like I would write to a friend. I felt that I should take some of the entries and turn them into a devotional. I also like to write out questions I have for the Lord, and the answers that He gives to my questions.
One of my favorite places is being in His presence. There is nothing like it on earth. I love it when God speaks. It changes everything…especially your way of thinking. This devotional will be a tool to use while spending time in His presence. My desire is to have guest writers be a part of this project. Clay (my husband) who is one of God’s favorites, will write several as well. We also plan to have downloadable MP3’s of original music to play as you read your devotional for the day. I am really looking forward to this project because I believe that it will change hearts as you hear Him speak.
I had the great honor to be part of this amazing project. Great Great God is truly Great Worship. Click to learn more and find out how you can get your copy.
I was able to minister with the great people at Heartland Community Church in Oklahoma City, OK for their Pink Women’s Conference.
This footage was taken the night of the CD release party. That night I played piano and was a backup vocalist. It was a lot of fun being a part of Zach’s dream. I look forward to seeing great success with this project.
Now I am not the videographer that Corey is but I wanted to capture the rehearsal before the CD release. It was a great night with some really great musicians.
Huge props to Corey Jackson for putting these videos together. You didn’t see him because he is the one taking the videos but he also played a huge part in the CD. He is a musical genius playing just about every instrument across many genres.
In this session my friend Chad is playing the drums. He is one of my favorite drummers and as it turns out, kind of a funny guy too. He is the guy you want to hire when you need it done right.
In this session Violin, Percussion, Piano and Backing Vocals were recorded. A lot of work goes into a project like this and there were a lot of people behind the scenes making it all happen. You will be able to get a look at the incredible talent represented.
This is the second installment of the behind the scenes look at the “God and King” recording project. I just want to say right off that these people are saved and love the lord but they are, after all, artists and should be judged accordingly.
