In all honesty the term “Weighting” is my own not any official terminology. I just always find it easier to remember something if you give it name and visual context. Thank you so much for your feedback.
Enjoyed the Piano Tip #1 Weighting. Personally, I do not play the piano (but own five of them…from Antique to Digital). However, watching this video several times, I can apply this principal that you’re using with preaching: When I write, (I write all my sermons out), it’s like music;
emphasis is placed heavier on some notes, while combined with others that are gentle. Placed together, in just the right way…it touches the heart. To know the One who gives us these gifts…it only gets better! God bless. David Undewood
Hey Clay, great stuff! I remember these tips and some of your others and have been using them, really makes a huge difference in playing. I hope you and Beth are doing well.
THX for sharing your great giftings with us. Will show this to my piano student tomorrow night.
Thanks for the weighting tip! I guess I have used it for years, and didn’t realize that’s what it’s called…
I would love to hear you play sometime.
