As you know for several years Beth and I have actively served at Gateway Church in Southlake TX.  It has been an amazing place to be and both of us have developed in ways that can’t be adequately expressed in words.  All the while, we felt the tug of the Lord leading us toward our destiny in ministry.  About three months ago I was approached about a need at another local church in the area and as we began to process this with our accountability began to realize that this was the direction we felt God was leading us.

So, in November, I accepted the position of Worship Pastor at Valley Creek Church in Flower Mound TX.  After having been almost a month of transition and I so grateful for the faithfulness of God to always bring about his will in our lives.  We couldn’t imagine being in a better place for our ministry or family.  We would like to invite you to pay a visit and celebrate with us.  We are located at 5800 Long Prairie Road, Flower Mound TX.  75028.  We have two saturday services at 5pm and 6:30pm and Sunday services at 9:30am and 11am.  We look forward to seeing you.

a Time to Give Thanks:

For our new friends at Valley Creek, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for embracing us as your own.  It has meant more to us than you could possibly know.  We are so thankful to call Valley Creek our home.

I would like to thank my wife Beth for being such an encouragement to me.  Thank you for alway standing with me in the good and bad.  Thank you for being the mother our kids.  Thank you for seeking after God with all your heart.  You are such an inspiration to me.

To my stepson Grant, Thank you for having the courage to dream big.  God hears you!!!

To Brooke, Thank you for being the best older sister in the world.  There is nothing that lights up the twins more than seeing your happy face.

I Am His will be a 30 day devotional written as a prophetic word for the day. I love to write in my journal about what I believe the Lord is saying, and for years I have written in my journal to God like I would write to a friend.  I felt that I should take some of the entries and turn them into a devotional.  I also like to write out questions I have for the Lord, and the answers that He gives to my questions.

One of my favorite places is being in His presence.  There is nothing like it on earth.  I love it when God speaks.  It changes everything…especially your way of thinking.  This devotional will be a tool to use while spending time in His presence.  My desire is to have guest writers be a part of this project.  Clay (my husband) who is one of God’s favorites, will write several as well.  We also plan to have downloadable MP3’s of original music to play as you read your devotional for the day.  I am really looking forward to this project because I believe that it will change hearts as you hear Him speak.

I was able to minister with the great people at Heartland Community Church in Oklahoma City, OK for their Pink Women’s Conference.  It was a great time of healing and worship.  Clay and I also were able to lead worship for their weekend services.  This is a thriving church that we were very honored to be a part of.  Ken and Angie Senchal have a strong vision and are doing great things for the kingdom of God.
